CALGARY EVIDENCE LEDGER

Finding 03

The connection has an agreement and infrastructure.

Calgary operated NeoFace before Edmonton joined it. Edmonton's commission record supplies the network detail: a signed memorandum, a remote link into Calgary's infrastructure and separately licensed access to a shared resource.

CPS contracted for NeoFace Reveal in 2014. A later EPS commission report says the services signed a memorandum for a shared resource and that Edmonton connected remotely to Calgary's existing infrastructure.
