Calgary
The host infrastructure for a documented Edmonton biometric link, alongside a mature Axon camera platform and a failed AI-redaction test.
Finding 03
The connection has an agreement and infrastructure.
Calgary operated NeoFace before Edmonton joined it. Edmonton's commission record supplies the network detail: a signed memorandum, a remote link into Calgary's infrastructure and separately licensed access to a shared resource.
By August 2024, CPS documented 1,600 Axon Body 4 cameras, 1,755 assigned professional Evidence.com licences and internal sharing functions. Those features do not by themselves prove external agency access.
CPS 2024 evaluation ↗CPS tested Axon's AI auto-vetting and redaction tool in early 2023. The evaluation records a concrete failure mode and says the tool was not efficient for CPS.
