Lethbridge
The province-wide platform test: Axon camera evidence reaches the Crown, a separate records system reaches unnamed government counterparts, and cross-agency Axon access remains unproved.
Finding 04
Shared architecture is visible.
Shared access is not.
Lethbridge confirms another Axon Body 4 and centralized evidence deployment under Alberta's standards. Its public record identifies a Crown disclosure path, but it does not establish that Edmonton, Calgary or another agency can search or retrieve Lethbridge camera footage.
Calgary and Lethbridge both document Body 4 and centralized Axon evidence systems. Lethbridge says its DEMS meets provincial technical specifications. None of that proves cross-agency search or direct access.
Provincial mandate record ↗A 2024 City procurement summary describes the police records system as integrated across LPS operations and with provincial and federal counterparts. It does not name the systems, agencies or exchanged fields.
