A new municipal service signed an Edmonton-hosted records bridge, then contracted a ten-year Axon stack intended to join records, evidence, cameras, AI reporting, real-time intelligence and public-facing intake.

Grande Prairie is the clearest next case because its own records name Edmonton as a records host, explain why that bridge changed, and authorize an unusually broad replacement platform. The records establish contracts, configuration and training—not live cross-service search or data sharing.
GPPS signed for Edmonton Police Service to host it as a Niche sub-tenant. The City records spending on that work and a 120-day EPS termination clause, but does not publish a live operational data flow.
